IX Workflow
The IX Workflow provides a workflow management tool to model and automate individual business processes under the aspect of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
The IX Workflow saves time and money by the integration of new and existing workflows. Whether you intend to start an easy application for leave or to integrate a complex process with many different steps: the IX Workflow has the fitting components available.

Based on an intuitive UI with states and work lists the issues are easy to handle. The IX Workflow opens automatically the relevant application and submits the necessary data. Subsequent the IX Workflow forwards the issue to the next persons who are responsible for the following steps. So the users will be supported optimal in their daily work. If one step is processed the IX Workflow requests and distributes the actual documents. The principle is comparable to former business processes on paper. Processes, which need interaction with different parties, as f. e. the handling of claims, will be strongly organised with issues. One issue contains all relevant documents like forms, statements, assessments und others. The issues will be routed from one workplace to the next one.
