Dokumentation IX Sametime
After the IX Sametime Plugin is installed you will see the IX Work Suite MiniApp.
The "My Worklist" and "My Statuslist" Windows will appear empty you still have not established a WebService Connection to your IX Work Suite Backend System.
For that you have first to configure the Connection Properties : File->Perferences->IX Workflow Suite -> IX Work Connection
There you enter setup the Web Service Connection Data. You may ask your local Administrator for the right settings of your enterprise.
After configuration the Web Service Connection the IBM Samtime Connect Client needs to be restarted..
The Imixs IX Sametime plugin supports an automatic login feature, which allows to connect to your workflow system using the same principal and credentials as used to login to the Sametime default community.
This Feature is enabled per default, so there is no extra login dialog. The feature is configured by the Preferences: File->Perferences->IX Workflow Suite
Disable the "Use Default Community for automatic login" if you want to login to another Workflowsystem with different login informations
Optional a connection can be established manually with different login informations. If the "Use Default Community for automatic login" optionis disabled as described above you are able to login manually by clicking the Connect Icon in the toolbar:
After login you will see your current Work- and Statuslist inside the IX Work Suite Mini App.
The Refresh Time in this preferences page support the automatical refresh of the worklist.
You can define the period within the IX Sametime plugin will refresh the Work- and Statuslist automatically. The Default is 600 Sections (10 minutes)
